We randomly met Phillip at an open house and immediately clicked with him. We ended up having him list our house and he went above and beyond, showing us tons of comps to price our house properly and getting professional pictures and a virtual tour for our house listing. He sold it quickly, and for over list price. He went above and beyond, always keeping us in the know. While selling our house, he continued to search for the perfect home for us. He kept encouraging us even when we came upon disappointments, and eventually encouraged us to go view what would end up being our dream home. Phillip was great the entire way, even helping entertain our kids while we talked with contractors and such to renovate our new dream home.
